Hi, I’m Max - a computer science student, Rust zealot, and a fan of functional programming, compilers, operating systems, and other such things.
I am currently working on a Nintendo Game Boy emulator in Rust while also dabbling in operating system development in C++. I’ve also been planning an indie game for some time which perhaps maybe one day I will actually make.
I interned at Google in Switzerland in the summer of 2022 (working in the Borg SRE division) and will do so again this coming summer where I will work on RPC client libraries. Though I’m now taking a break to focus on my studies, I have also worked part-time at Shuttle where I helped build a Rust-first severless platform.
